Picture of Hunter Walsh, hacker with pink hair

runner up

We were overall 16th for Best Gay Book, which is also pretty exciting. And you can read The Phisher King FREE on Kindle Unlimited.

Romantic Suspense is probably my favorite category of romance, but it can be kind of intimidating to write. I was really proud of the mix of enemies-to-lovers and tension as well as the dark humor.

I’m also really proud of our comment from judges:

“The author really created well rounded characters who stayed true to their natures. Also, the extensive knowledge of hacking and the work of computers and the dark web impressed me. I also believe the author created brilliant suspense as well as sexual tension between the heroes.”

If you’ve already read The Phisher King and are looking for more from our backlist, check out our handy guide for stories Thursday Euclid and I have written in a similar vein.
